Cleveland Kidnapper’s Abuse Aired At Sentencing[VIDEO]

 An FBI agent says a letter written by Ariel Castro contained an attempt to explain his actions in the imprisonment of three women for about a decade.

Special Agent Andrew Burke testified at Castro's sentencing Thursday in Cleveland. Burke says the note included Castro's comment saying, "I am a sexual predator."

Burke also testified that Castro would occasionally pay his victims after raping them. But he then would require them to pay him if they wanted something special from the store.

Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Detective Dave Jacobs says that in an interview, Castro said: "I knew what I did was wrong."

Castro pleaded guilty last week to 937 counts including aggravated murder, kidnapping, rape and assault in a deal that could bring a life sentence plus 1,000 years.

MISSING WOMEN FOUND-OFFICER

 A Cleveland police officer says three women rescued from a house where they were imprisoned for about 10 years were thin, pale and scared when she encountered them.

Officer Barbara Johnson says one of the victims was reluctant to leave her room at first while another had difficulty breathing at first.

Johnson says two of the victims jumped into her arms, crying "Save us, save us!"

Cleveland emergency room doctor Gerald Maloney testified that the women were emotionally distraught when they arrived at the hospital, and all explained how they had been repeatedly raped.

Their testimony came at Thursday's sentencing hearing for Ariel Castro. He pleaded guilty to 937 counts and stands to get life in prison plus 1,000 years.
