A Seaside Heights ordinance to move bar closing hours back to 3 a.m. advances. The measure was given the green light by council members Wednesday night, March 2nd in its first reading. The final hearing and vote is scheduled in two weeks. Area bar owners volunteered to curb their hours to help the town foster a family friendly image.
