Wearing peach T-shirts volunteers will be handing out flyers in an area from New York Penn Station to the George Washington Bridge, the last places the 22-year old from Hillsborough was last seen.

Peach is Aiello’s favorite color. Ribbons have been put up all over Hillsborough and the campus of the College of New Jersey in Ewing. The women’s tennis team, of which Aiello is a co-captain, is also wearing peach bracelets.

Video surveillance captured her image getting off a train at Penn Station New York on Tuesday, April 9 exiting the station onto Seventh Avenue and walking towards the George Washington Bridge. Her keys, cell phone and wallet were found on the bridge’s south walkway; her car found near Metropark station in New Brunswick.

Volunteers will meet in front of New York Penn Station at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

The Find Paige Aiello Facebook page posted a revised poster this week offering a reward for for information “surrounding the disappearance or whereabouts” of Aiello. However, the organizer of the New York search, who wishes to remain anonymous, has had no contact with the Aiello family according to the Hillsborough Beacon, who describes woman as a central New Jersey resident who runs a website, Missing In America,  that works independently and with other volunteer search groups.

“We really don’t know what happened She could be walking around the city not knowing who she is,” she told the Beacon.  She added that she can relate to much of the anxiety & depression that friends and family say Aiello had been experiencing.

The Aiello family remains hopeful their daughter will be found alive. Paige’s father Christopher says no suicide note has been found and the family has hired a private investigator.

Anyone with information about Paige should also contact the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office at 908-575-3300.
