No one knows that better than women facing the tough decision of loosing their breast in the battle against Breast Cancer. The news about E! News host Giuliana Rancic caught my attention because the 37-year-old beauty recently revealed during an NBC "Today" show interview that she'll be undergoing a double mastectomy.

The story touched me because I learned at my recent 30th High School Reunion that one of my former Classmates also had the procedure. It wasn't just her breast either but but a hysterectomy in a preemptive move to save her life because she was genetically predisposed to an aggressive form of cancer.

I stood in awe after hearing her story and her courage. She even joked about her friends calling her "Hollow Woman." But there's nothing Hollow or Shallow about her bravery.

I cringe at the thought of going to the dentist for a routine cleaning.

I just want to give credit to all the women with the courage to face these difficult decisions. Let's send prayers, love and warm thoughts their way.
