Rutgers Student Wanted in Stafford on Fraud, Theft Counts

A 28-year-old who Stafford police say is enrolled at Rutgers University is sought in connection with theft and credit card fraud in the southern Ocean County township.

Authorities released little background about Terence Flaherty's case, except to say that the arrest warrant is in the amount of $50,000.

Flaherty has not been found at his New Brunswick address, but is believed to frequent the school's New Brunswick campus as well as Barnegat and the north Jersey community of Morris Plains.
