Today and everyday.  Today is Sun Screen Day.  Even on those cloudy days, you can still get burned.

It only takes several minutes to rub it on and be protected.  It's so, so important.  When I was younger, dare I say this, I would sit outside with oil on my body, that's a no- no!

This year alone, I've known 4 people to have different skin issues due to the sun.  The majority of them had the pre-cancer spots on their bodies.  It's so scary and I don't know if it's just me,  or does the sun feels stronger to me in the last couple of years then when I was growing up.  I am so guilty of going outside and working in my garden or doing the lawn without putting lotion on...why is this?  Because when I go to the beach and spend several hours out there I put it on...but I spend several hours outside in my yard and don't put it on.  That doesn't make any sense to me, but it's true.

When applying Sun Screen to kids..I need to watch this video:

What number do you put on.  This year I'm looking for a 70.
