A Beachwood man who allegedly couldn't keep his hands to himself at the Roy Rogers in Pine Beach is rung up on sexually based offenses.

Michael Arellano, 25, of Beachwood was arrested by Pine Beach Detective Anthony Pruchnik and Ocean County Prosecutors Office Special Victims Unit Detective Alex Dasti Tuesday.

Ocean County Prosecutors say the recent incident occurred when Arellano groped for female co-workers who were between the ages of 16-18 over the course of a work day multiple times over their clothing and out of the view of others.

The women repeatedly told him to stop but investigators say he continued inappropriately touching these co-workers.

All four of the victims say the groping began shortly after they were hired at the Roy Rogers they've since left as employees.

Arellano is charged with three counts of Harassment (Offensive Touching) and one count of Criminal Sexual Contact.

He was processed on a summons and released.

Prosecutors say there is the potential for additional victims in this case.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office encourages any other victims to contact Det. Alex Dasti of the Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit at 732-929-2027.

The public is reminded that criminal charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
