Ricardo F. Binaco, 61, was charged on January 17 with simple assault, terroristic threats and two weapons-possession counts. Police say he also threatened the homeowner with a glass bottle.

Officers who responded to a call that arrived at about 12:54 PM said that Bianco whipped out the knife and bottle after the homeowner ordered him off the property on Holbrook Street, authorities said.

Binaco was released on a summons and scheduled for a future court appearance, investigators said.
