Republicans looking to expand their options from the field of uber-conservative candidates vying for the Presidential Nomination get their wish. As quiet as its kept, Former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson is also running for President and classifies himself as a Classic Liberal.

Johnson says "a Classic Liberal as somebody who believes in less government. Is somebody who believes that the best thing that government can do for you and I as individuals is to empower you and I as individuals to make the choices only you and I should make."

During what his campaign e-mail calls the first live unmoderated online video town hall Wednesday night, Johnson fielded questions from the public. One of the questions had to do with Social Security. Johnson is promising no cuts to Social Security. However, he says he would like to see changes in the way its funded. Johnson says he'd like to see the program funded by a fair tax.

Johnson however, made no such promises for Medicare. He says "Medicare is really the big problem out there" but he didn't expound on what he has planned for the entitlement program.

He also answered another question with regard to his views on the use of Marijuana. He says "if I'm elected President of the United States, I'm advocating legalizing marijuana. So what does that say with regard to drug laws and Congress and let's change the laws. I think that's shouting we want change when it comes to drug laws."

When asked what he plans to do during his first 100 days if elected President? Johnson says he's making three promises running for President of the United States. He says one promise is to submit a balanced budget to Congress. He also promises to veto any expenditure that exceeds revenue and thirdly, advocate for throwing out the entire Federal Tax Code and replacing it with the Fair Tax.
