Breaking news this afternoon as the Ocean County Mall closes in the wake of today's strong storms that pounded the area.

At 5:45 this afternoon, the mall posted on their official Facebook page a simple statement that the shopping center was closed:

According to a number of those commenting, the cause seems to be an electrical fire near the Sears wing of the mall.
