MOONACHIE — Borough police continue to investigate who scrawled racist graffiti on the apartment walls of a Giants player.

Fullback Nikita Whitlock told police he came home to his home on Diamond Way about 15 minutes from MetLife Stadium to find a swastika, KKK, "Trump" and "f---ing n---r" on the wall. Some jewelry and video games were stolen and bedrooms were ransacked.

"Racism is real and instead of close to home this time they came inside. My family is safe but we are saddened by the hate. Thanks to the Moonachie Police Department for all of your help," Whitlock wrote on his Instagram account

Whitlock told CBS New York that he,  his wife Ashley and two small children had been out for about two hours when thieves entered the apartment thorough a bathroom window.  He said the apartment was also broken into at Thanksgiving.

Police are asking neighbors for any security camera video.

Last week, a Lawnside man was charged by Philadelphia officials with four counts of criminal mischief after allegedly vandalizing his ex-girlfriend's car with pro-Donald Trump graffiti.

A foot injury sidelined Whitlock during the pre-season. He then received a 10-game suspension without pay for a violation of the NFL's ban on performance enhancing substances.
