The search has intensified for a Manchester Township woman who went missing from her grandmother's Holiday City home in Berkeley Township on February 5. More than 50 police officers from multiple local and state law enforcement agencies conducted an extensive canvass Wednesday for 24-year-old Amanda Picard, according to police.

Authorities said the expanded search did not yield any new information, even after officers searched abandoned homes and handed out more than 700 fliers within a one-mile radius of where Picard was last seen at her grandmother's home after being dropped off by her parents.

Manchester Police Officers were joined by Officers from Berkeley, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, Bergen County, the New Jersey State Police and New Jersey Search and Rescue, which provided K-9's. Berkeley's underwater search and rescue team also was available to search any bodies of water in the area, according to authorities.

Picard does not have an active license and does not own a vehicle. Police also have said she left without her cell phone. She's described as standing 5'7" tall, weighing 130 pounds and having brown hair and green eyes.
