Missing Gloucester City Children Found

A Gloucester City brother-and-sister reported missing after going out Sunday afternoon for ice cream with their father have been located.

Brianna Giordano, 5, and her brother , Lee Giordano Jr, 2, were not returned home and are still believed to be with their father, Lee Girodano, 28. They were last seen on Sunday afternoon on Cumberland Street in Cumberland City.

Lee called police on Monday afternoon after the Camden County Prosecutor's Office issued an alert to say that they are fine.

WPVI reports that the prosecutor's office said Giordano and his wife are not divorced. "As the children's father he does not have a legal obligation to notify his wife if he chooses to travel with his children. No laws have been broken."

The Office said they will have no further involvement in the case.
