Police tell the Star Ledger that their investigation found no skid marks meaning Srijan Saha likely made no attempt to slow down when he crossed into the opposite lane, striking a vehicle killing Mohammed Zia, 46, and his nephew, 35-year-old Ali Behzad.Saha had a suicide note written on his arm according to police. Friends tell the Star Ledger that he seemed to get along with everyone and didn't display signs of having problems.

The family of the victims, meanwhile, tells WNBC TV they believe people called 911 to report Saha's speeding and might have gone right past the police station. "I just want to know if they could have prevented it,' said Mobeen Zia, Mohammad's son.

"We don't have anger against the 15-year-old boy that was there," said Mohammad's son, Anil Zia, "He had his own problems, we will also pray for him. God forgive him for the sin he did."
