TRENTON — The third suspect in a November homicide was found moments after his picture was released by the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.

Andrew Alston, 39, was wanted for the murder of Amber Dudley, 27, of Collingwood, who was killed in the area of Mechanics and East Trenton Avenues in the early evening hours of Nov. 30 as she sat in the back of a car she hired from the ride-share company Lyft.

Three others were also in the car at the time of the attempted robbery, including another woman, a man and the Lyft driver, Prosecutor Angelo Onofri said.

Police said a man with a handgun entered the rear of the vehicle and fired a shot, according to Onofri.

The driver drove Dudley to Trenton Police headquarters after the shooting where officers tended to her before getting her to the hospital where she died.

Onofri released Alston's name and image on Tuesday and moments later was captured. Onofri did not disclose how he was located.

Two women, Kasey Dezolt and Dominique Richter, were arrested in December and charged with accomplice to felony murder, robbery and weapons offense. They were being held at the Mercer County Correction Center.
