Police Identify Suspect In Forked River Bank Robbery

Lacey Township Police know who robbed the Hudson City Savings Bank earlier this week and they need your help in finding him.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 23-year-old Blake Wood of Forked River.

The incident happened Monday afternoon inside the bank in the Lakeside Plaza on South Main Street. Wood is accused of entering the bank, demanding cash from a teller and taking off on foot. No weapon was shown during the incident.

Police Chief William Nally tells us he was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark baseball cap. His face was also partially hidden by clothing.

The photo we have of him was taken after he was arrested in June on shoplifting charges. He was accused of stealing computers from a Lacey store.
