Playing In Snow Like Ocean County’s Kids

Ugh!  I really wanted to be done with winter weather and now we're experiencing the worst storm of the season.

So I'm going to try something today.  I'm going to try to see the storm as kids do.  In their eyes, it's white stuff that is meant for playing and sledding.  And I'm determined to make a snow angel.  (I'll do that after I finish my shift here so as not to be sitting in damp clothes the whole time.)

I recently got to play like a kid when I went to a dance club that had a slide and a ball pit for adults.  I slid and I played and had a blast!  After "Adulting" all week, it was nice to be silly and bring my inner child out to play.  I figure this is a good approach for today's storm as well.

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.  So since we can't beat winter, we might as well enjoy the snow.  Have fun!  But please be careful and stay safe!
