Pickup truck thief sought in Howell Township

A pickup truck vanishes from a WaWa in Howell, and township police combing through surveillance images believe they've spotted the thief. Now, they seek your help in identifying him.

The green, 2003 Chevrolet S-10 was stolen on Tuesday, June 16, at about 3:50 PM, police said, adding that the keys were inside it at the time.

Police described the truck as having a white cap on the payload area. The cap has metal rails around the top and windows on the sides. The New Jersey license plate reads P62ADP.

The suspect is described as mid-to-late 40s, thin, about 5'10" in height, with salt-and-pepper hair and mustache. He was wearing a tee shirt bearing the legend GraybaR across the chest.
