Authorities have charged Hugh K. Mullin, 59, of Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania, with theft, alleging that he walked out of the store with a jacket belonging to a vendor who had set it aside on a pallet while stacking shelves around 3:15 AM. Inside the jacket was an iPod.

Police said that surveillance images show Mullin leaving with the garment. According to authorities, Mullin admitted the incident at his arrest in Berkeley Township, where he told police he was staying with a friend during time off of his job.

The vendor got all his belongings back, police said.
