Hyphernkimberley Dorvilier, 23, must serve more than 25 years of the sentence before parole consideration, under terms of the state's No Early Release Act, according to the office of Burlingotn County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi.

She pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter in February.

Investigators said that Dorvilier's mother and sister, with whom she lived, were not aware that she was pregnant, prior to the birth on January 16, 2015.

She delivered in their house on Simontown Road, wrapped the baby in a towel, drove several miles to a wooded spot, set the infant down, poured WD-40 on her, and started the blaze, authorities said.

According to prosecutors, Dorvilier told nearby residents who noticed the fire that she was burning dog excrement. When the baby began to cry, the neighbors stopped her from running away.

Rescuers airlifted the infant to Saint Christopher's Hospital in Philadelphia, where she died about two hours after arrival. The family named her Angelica, posthumously, and held a vigil.

The Burlington County Medical Examiner determined that the infant's death was caused by smoke inhalation and thermal burns, and ruled it a homicide.
