Parking Scofflaws Can Now Just Pay Up in Pt. Beach

Violating Point Pleasant Beach's new pilot parking ordinance near the beach and boardwalk will now only cost you money and not a day in court. According to Point Pleasant Patch.com, Council Members learned this week that the mandatory court appearance for those pleading not guilty has been waved. Violators however, face a $48 dollar fine.
