Emergency crews warned residents and visitors to move their cars via loudspeaker reports WPVI TV.

The intense storm also caused about 2000 Atlantic City Electric customers to lose their power. That number was greatly reduced to about 200 as of 10:00AM on Sunday morning according to their outage map.

Loudspeakers were used to have people move their vehicles to higher ground. The storms were described as also having lots of lightning and one of the worst storms people have seen.

National Weather Service observations shows the worst of the storm was to the south in Delaware where almost 7 inches of rain fell in Harbeson.
