Oh My–Does This Happen At Your Job?

What the heck High School was so many years ago, but a new survey by CareerBuilder says an office or a job place is just like High School. 

The gossip, the cliques, the talking behind the back of co-workers--I guess something we just have to deal with and some things never change.

In our office here at WOBM Shawn and I are part of a clique.  It's just him and me and no one usually wants to get into our little group.

I'm totally laughing while I'm writing this blog.

The survey says 43% of people that their office is really just like a High School, filled with cliques and can you believe it.... at least a quarter of those people have done something they didn't want to just because they wanted to fit in.  Wow!
