Well, part of it, anyway.

Federal officials have announced a public hearing on the plan to be held in Atlantic City next week.  Concerned citizens will have the opportunity to share their thoughts with staffers from the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management and learn more about the plan at the Sheraton from 3pm to 7pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2015.

Congressman Frank Pallone joined Senators Cory Booker and Bob Menendez in criticizing the proposed changes that would add the Atlantic Coast to the Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Plan.  They say the potential for environmental damage far outweighs any possible benefits, and had demanded a chance for residents who would be affected to speak their minds.
