Ocean Township Police arrest six Monmouth County residents, all with ties to possessing and/or allegedly dealing crack-cocaine out of a home on West Park Avenue.

Following their investigation last week and arrests of the suspects, police also found heroin, drug paraphernalia, syringes and prescription legend drugs.

Jeanne Walpole, 48, of Middletown was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and wandering for the purpose of obtaining narcotics stemming from an incident on June 18 and was also charged with being in possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia, syringes and prescription legend drugs during the warrant service on June 22.

Walpole was transported to the county jail pending her initial court appearance.

Ruben Mangual, 45, of Asbury Park was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.

Mangual was observed distributing crack cocaine on June 19 and was arrested.

Cash was seized in accordance to New Jersey Forfeiture Laws and he was released on summons pending his initial court appearance.

Shaun Tilton, 37, of Wall and Mary O'Brien, 36, of Wall were arrested for wandering with the purpose to obtain narcotics on June 21.

They were both released on a criminal summons pending their initial court appearance.

Shawn Moore, 38, of Neptune was arrested for wandering with the purpose of distributing narcotics stemming from an incident on June 21 and was also charged with being in possession of heroin , drug paraphernalia, syringes and prescription legend drugs during the warrant service on June 22.

Moore was released on a criminal summons pending his initial court appearance.

Lisa Weakley, 47, of Ocean Township was charged with being in possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia, syringes and prescription legend drugs during the warrant service on June 22.

Weakley was released on a criminal summons pending his initial court appearance.
