Ocean County Women, Businesses and Organizations Being Honored

Soroptimist International of the Toms River Area, a nonprofit organization, is hosting its annual Ocean County Women's Hall of Fame dinner on Thursday October 16th, 2014.

Soroptimist has been recognizing prominent, successful women, businesses, and organizations of Ocean County for their many accomplishments and contributions with induction into the Ocean County Women's Hall of Fame.  All inductee plaques are on display at the Ocean County College arts and Community Center.

2014 honorees are:

Nancy Weber-Loeffert - Woman of Distinction (Assistant Superintendent Ocean County Vocational Technical School)

Caregivers Volunteers of Central NJ and Interfaith Health and Support Services of Southern Ocean County (National Caregiving Association) - Making a Difference for Women

Patricia Leahey - Advancing the Status of Women (Deputy Director Ocean County Private Industry Council, INC; Coordinator Ocean County Women in Business)
