Inside the Christmas season is the season of hope, love and giving. Giving of ourselves or even gifts to others is one of the true meanings of this holiday season. An Ocean County non-profit is humbly giving of themselves to those in need.

Juicyfruit Party Dragon Charity, Inc, based in Beachwood has been collecting and then donating toys at various locations throughout Ocean County in time for kids to have something to play with on Christmas.

Their second annual toy drive this week continues with a sizable donation of 1,200 toys to help with about 300 families that they'll be dropping off at the Ocean County Sheriff's Office on Friday in Lacey Township where the OCSO Toy Drive headquarters is based.

JFPD has made five toy donation stops to this point with the latest coming this past Saturday night at the Beachwood Fire House.

Before that stops were made at Walnut Street Elementary School, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Remaxx on Main Street in Toms River and Chris' Fight for a Cure.

After donating toys at the OCSO this Friday, they'll make an additional stop next Tuesday the 19th at the Children's Specialized Hospital.

To contact the Ocean County Sherriff’s Office to donate or to receive donated toys visit www.co.ocean.nj.us/OCsheriff or call 732-929-2161.
