Ocean County Marching Bands Can Audition for TV Commercial

Parents, Students, and Educators in Ocean County, I just learned of an exciting opportunity.  A casting director in Philly is looking for a Marching Band to feature in a commercial!

The spot for Comcast/Xfinity would air on TV and play online and there's some payment involved (but I don't know how much.)  If you are connected to a talented marching band in Ocean or Monmouth County, please share this information and encourage them to submit their video to the casting company by Monday, June 18th.  All the specific requirements are below:

Marching Band: Male & Female, ages 8-25

• Searching for fourteen to eighteen advanced drumline drummers and horn players.
• The group must be based within 2 hours of Philadelphia and have experience playing with each other.
• Choreographed routines, synchronized drumming, and charisma a must. Bandleader may also be needed to help with rehearsals and direction during the shoot.
• Instruments: looking for a variety of snare drums, bass drums,cymbals, toms optional, trumpets, trombones, and a tuba.

IMPORTANT DATES: Talent must be available for...
Fitting: 6/28 or 6/29
Shoot Dates: 6/30 or 7/1 or 7/2 (will be two of these three dates)

Submit (#1) a good video of the Band playing together and
(#2) a photo of the band
