Ocean County Prosecutors are hoping you recognize a person of interest in an investigation they're conducting into a October 30 fire at an apartment on Franklin Avenue in Seaside Heights.

There are no injuries being reported from the blaze that took place around 7:40 am on the 30th when the Seaside Heights Police Department and Seaside Heights Fire Department responded to a smoke alarm call at a Franklin Avenue apartment.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit is asking the public for assistance as the put together the clues into what and who started the fire.

Anyone with any information or who may know the identity of the person in the video/photos is asked to please contact Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Detective Thomas Haskell Jr. at 732-929-2027 extension 3953 or Seaside Heights Police Department Detective Michael McCurdy at 732-793-1800.

"Please note that this individual is only a person of interest and they may have more information related to the case," The Ocean County Prosecutors Office said in a statement.
