A tier-three Megan's Law sex offender from Bayville and a Toms River man were arrested Friday in separate incidents involving the alleged sexual assaults of minors. Jason Walsh, of Bayville, is accused of assaulting a 16-year-old female while giving her a driving lesson. Hernan Lokito-Flores is charged with assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

In a press release from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, both female victims were known to the defendants.

In the first case, 42-year-old Walsh, was required to wear a GPS tracking device as part of Megan's Law. Detective Linsay Woodfield of the Prosecutor's Special Victim's Unit said record's obtained from Walsh's parole officer of the GPS device puts him at the exact location and time where the victim reported the incident had taken place.

Walsh and Lokito-Flores are charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Walsh is in the Ocean County Jail on $150,000 bail, no 10%. Lokito-Flores is also in the Ocean County Jail on $50,000 bail. The court imposed that the men have no contact with their victims as a condition of bail.
