OC Freeholder Director Being Sued by Motorcyclist’s Family
The family of a motorcyclist killed in a collision last year with an SUV driven by Ocean County Freeholder Director Jack Kelly is suing him. According to Patch.com, the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the parents of 24-year-old William Kolb, claim negligence, when Kelly clipped Kolb's bike while turning into his deli on Route 9 in West Creek. Kelly was not charged in the accident and drug and alcohol test came back negative. The case was moved to Monmouth County to avoid conflict.
