The nonprofit organization's Open House Community Action Agency Outreach runs from 10 AM until 2 PM at its Development Center on the Ocean County College campus, 1 N. College Drive, Building 40.

President-CEO Ted Gooding and his staffers will explain procedures connected to the Sandy Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) through the New Jersey Stronger program; preparation and application steps for the First-Time Home Buyer Program; the Head Start child development program; information about free home weatherization services; and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

O.C.E.A.N. Inc. staffers will provide free preschool enrollment for families interested in Head Start who meet income guidelines.

Park the car in Lot 2, to the left of Building 40, and be sure to sign in at the entrance.

The organization maintains offices on Hyers Street in Toms River, Route 9 in Waretown, and Atlantic Avenue in Atlantic City.
