Concern is growing in Manchester for the whereabouts of a young township woman who hasn't been seen since February 5 in Holiday City Berkeley.

Amanda Picard, 24, was visiting her grandmother for the weekend, according to Manchester police. She had been driven there by her parents.

Police said Amanda left the house with no cell phone and no known destination, owns no car, and has no active driver's license.

She is described as a white female, 5’7” tall, 130 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
