A Colts Neck man was arrested following a traffic stop after authorities learned he owed more than $78,000 in tolls and violations to EZPass.

Spirodon H. Fragoulias, 45, was stopped Thursday near the Goethals Bridge at about 10 a.m. by Port Authority Police Officer Ed Benenati after he allegedly drove his flat bed town truck through an EZPass lane without paying, the Port Authority of NY and NJ told APP.com.

According to the article, Fragoulias has more than 850 toll violations on multiple accounts including $42,350 in fees and $36,256 in tolls. He was charged with petit larceny and obstructing governmental administration, according to the report.
