LITTLE EGG HARBOR — New charges of sexual assault were brought against a civilian State Police employee.

Milton Cortina, 40, of Little Egg Harbor, was charged on Monday with two counts of aggravated sexual assault along with producing and possessing child pornography and invasion of privacy against a teenage girl, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronado.

An additional charge of possession and invasion of privacy was added on Thursday following the discovery of a second teenage female victim. During an investigation by the Prosecutor's Office High Tech Crime Unit.

Pension records show Cortina has worked for the State Police for two years and earns over $48,000 per year. NBC Philadelphia reported that he worked as a repairman for the State Police Marine Services unit.

Coronado said Nicole's Law has been implemented in this case, which prohibits Cortina from having contact with his accuser. He is incarcerated at the Ocean County Jail.
