They may look pretty, but some smartphone cases are leaving users with dangerous chemical burns.  There's a recall on glitter liquid cases for iPhones sold through a Mercer County based company. MixBin Electronics of Hamilton is issuing full refunds for the cases, which were manufactured in China.

The iPhone cases sold online and in retail stores including Amazon, Nordstrom Rack, Tory Burch, Henri Bendel and Victoria's Secret between October 2015 and June 2017. In the U.S., the recall impacts about 263,000 iPhone cases.

There have been 24 reports of skin irritation or chemical burns. One victim reported permanent scarring, while another consumer reported chemical burns and swelling to her leg, face, neck, chest, upper body and hands. Needless to say, if your case is listed, you're urged to stop using it immediately.
