Did you get outdoors today?

Sunday was a good day to get out and stretch the legs and open the lungs. It was over 50 degrees in many areas and in January thats a good day. 2012 was the warmest year on record and 2013 appears to be picking up where 12' left off.

There was alot of folks out on the Barnegat Branch Trail .

If you've never been on the Barnegat Branch Trail I highly recommend. It's wide, well marked and has firm ground if you wanna bike. Construction of the trail continues as it will extend from Barnegat to Toms River. Ocean, Monmouth and Burlington Counties are great places for outdoor activities.

Exercise is key to a healthy mind and body so make sure you explore the Jersey Shore ( On foot or bicycle ) this Winter.
