New York Giants vs. New York Jets in a Loser Leaves Town Game

Two of the Jersey Shore's favorite football franchises (sorry Eagles fans) square off this Sunday in what looks to be a 'loser leaves town' game.  The New York Football Giants are  somehow still alive thanks to a putrid season by every NFC East team.  If the G-Men manage a victory, they will somehow still be alive to win the division, although a tough schedule awaits.

The Jets on the other hand have had a pretty good year so far.  Despite losing their starting quarterback in August, they have managed to over-perform with veteran backup and journeyman QB Ryan Fitzpatrick.  After a few recent losses though, Gang Green sits at 6-5 and will be on the outside looking in with another loss.

Playoffs and city pride are on the line this weekend in what is perhaps already a victory game - the fact that both of these teams are playing a relevant game in December.
