More Gunfire in Neptune

Neptune police are looking for a person who fired a gun shot last night in the area of Myrtle avenue, according to the Asbury Park Press. No injuries were reported.

Authorities from Neptune and Asbury Park reportedly spent an hour searching along Myrtle and Monroe Avenues. Witnesses reporting seeing cops with weapons drawn in the area and looking through residents' yards.

Neptune has been riddled with gun violence lately. Last week, five people were shot during a five-day period.
