The Manchester Township Middle School remains closed today after mold was discovered inside the building.

School officials had cleaning companies in over the weekend.  The entire school — "every hallway and every room," Trethaway said — will be tested Manchester's Superintendent of Schools David Trethaway told the Patch of Manchester.

A 6th grade orientation set for today has been moved to the high school. No staff or students are allowed in the building until more is known about the extent of the mold.

Officials hope to have it straightened out before the first day of class.
