The suspects, all living in the township, were apprehended between Tuesday and Thursday in homes on Raleigh Court East, Sunset Avenue and Franklin Avenue.

According to police, the warrant raids completed a month-long, multi-tiered investigation.

The Raleigh Court warrant search yielded more than a half-pound of marijuana, a live marijuana plant, an imitation semi-automatic handgun, and drug-related gear, police said.

Joseph Liksom, 31, was released on a summons to await a court date while the 17-year-old boy was released to a parent with charges pending in Monmouth County Family Court.

A search of a home on Sunset Avenue resulted in the arrest of Brian Wobser, 20; Brandon G. Wobser, 18; and a 15-year-old boy.

Police said they discovered more than 50 grams of marijuana, mostly in the compacted form known as "candy bars," along with THC, commonly called "ear wax," and drug-related items.

Brian and Brandon Wobser were cited and released to await court hearings, and the teenager was placed in parental custody with charges pending in Family Court.

In the Franklin Avenue house Brandon Shumard, 18, and Brianna Shumard, 20, were charged with marijuana possession. Brianna Shumard was released on a summons.

Officers learned that Brandon Shumard was also the subject of a $1,000 warrant issued in Ocean Township Municipal Court, police said. He was transferred to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold, with bail set at $2,500.
