Miltary Exercises Take Place at Ft Monmouth

Residents near the decommissioned Fort Monmouth Military Base in Eatontown may hear some noises around the site this week. The U.S. Special Forces Command Troops from Fort Bragg, North carolina are back conducting daytime and nighttime exercises involving helicopters and simulated explosives. Residents are being asked to refrain from calling police about the activities. Eatontown Police will be sending out a reverse 9-1-1.   Get more information from the Eatontown Muncipal Web Site.
