According to information from the office of Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato, investigators discovered the change of address, obtained an arrest warrant, and took Hudson into custody in Jackson without incident early Wednesday, July 29.

Authorities had no indication of whether Hudson has retained an attorney, but said that the maximum possible penalty for this type of third-degree violation is a five-year state prison term and a fine up to $15,000.
