Dominick Attino, 48, whose most recent address was in Little Egg Harbor, was given three years for failing to adhere to community supervision for life, according to the office of Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato.

A source in the Prosecutor's Office said that the matter surfaced in the aftermath of his drug arrest in Stafford in late July.

Police who searched his car on a warrant reportedly found heroin, suboxone, roxicet, and several thousand dollars in cash inside, and more narcotics at his house.

The sentence runs concurrently with an unrelated term he began serving at South Woods for a drug conviction reached about a month earlier.

Once released, Attino will be requied to undergo lifetime parole supervision as well as community supervision, in compliance with new components of applicable state law..
