Meet Magna – Shawn & Sue’s Ocean County Pet of the Week

Meet our Pet of the Week, the magnificent Magna!

Magna is a bright and bubbly foxhound that is about 4 years old and came to us when she was found as a stray. Let's first address the fact that Magna HAD a cherry eye when she came in, but she underwent surgery to repair it and is doing just fine! If you see Magna in the kennel and she appears to be a bit anxious, please ask to meet her outside and you'll see her true personality. She's calm and mellow once away from the commotion, and she is very well behaved. She does have a curious hound-dog nose and is eager to check out everything around her. Magna has had training and is polite with taking treats and sits when asked too. She seems fine with dogs closer to her size but will need a home with no cats. Magna is such a great girl that will be your best friend forever given the chance.
