Whether you're a fan of the Yankees, Mets, Phillies, or like me none of the above, it's hard not to like Orioles legend Cal Ripken, Jr.

Known as baseball's "Iron Man" for his still unequaled streak of playing in 2,632 consecutive games, the Hall of Famer is heading to Ocean County in two weeks to help Roy Rogers celebrate their 50th anniversary (Yup, Roy's shares a birth year with us!).

Known for his slick double play turns while manning shortstop for the O's, Ripken will instead be slinging Roy Rogers' famous fried chicken, taking orders, and manning the drive-through (wouldn't that be something? You swing by Roy's for a quick bite to eat and are greeted at the drive-through window by a baseball Hall Of Famer!).

The whole event is part of Roy Rogers' partnership with the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation and Ripken Baseball.

You can meet The Iron Man, Cal Ripken, Jr. at the Roy Rogers on Brick Blvd in Brick on Monday, April 30th from 5:00pm - 6:00pm!
