A Department of Defense security vehicle from Joint-Base McGuire in Wrighstown, collides with a Ford Mustang in Manchester.Township Police say the incident occurred Monday night at around 10 p.m. near the intersection of Routes 70 and 539.

According to Police, 21-year-old Air Force servicewoman Jasmine Gaffney was traveling east on Route 70 in a 2011 Chevy Impala Police vehicle when it collided with Mustang operated by 39-year-old Darren Nemow of East Windsor, who was heading north on County Route 539. Police say both vehicles became disabled as a result of the collision and were towed from the scene.

The drivers of both vehicles complained of shoulder, hand and hip pains but they refused medical attention. The accident is under investigation by the Manchester Traffic Safety Bureau.
