A Monmouth County Grand Jury hands up a six count murder and weapons indictment against a Manchester man.

54-year-old Alan Bienkowski of Pinecrest Manor, heads to trial on first degree Murder, first degree Felony Murder, first degree Armed Robbery, second degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, second degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and second degree Certain Persons Not to Possess a Weapon, in the death of 56 year of Michael Wells of Point Pleasant earlier this year.

Well's lifeless body was found in the yard of a Long Branch home on April 10th 2013 after he was reported missing by his employer earlier that morning.

The combined charges against Bienkowski could get him up to 70 years imprisonment if convicted. He also faces charges for the robbery and murder of 76-year-old Anthony Verdicchio of Manchester on May 13th.

He's currently being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold Township, $1.45 million cash only bail since his arrest in May.
