Man Struck and Killed in Lakewood

An unidentified man has been struck and killed by a vehicle in Lakewood. It happened around 11 p.m. Monday night near Cedarbridge and Arlington Avenues, according to The Lakewood Scoop.

The victim apparently was found lying near a wooded area in front of the former Tent City homeless camp.

EMS and Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. Lakewood’s Traffic & Safety units, and CSI are investigating the incident.

Both ways of Cedarbridge Avenue were shut between Arlington Avenue and South Clover.
