Man Found Dead in Lakewood Motel Room

Lakewood Police discover a dead body inside a local motel room after receiving a call about an unresponsive male early Thursday evening. According to the Lakewood Scoop, responding officers who were called to the scene at around 4:30 determined that the man had been dead for several hours but the person who was with him failed to notify police.

A Police Department Watch Commander said they're not ready to release any details surrounding the death and are withholding the victim's identity pending family notification.
